Key ChallengeInformation entry error prevention

Making sure customers enter in information with confidence is critical to make sure the right regulatory pathway was pursued.

One redundancy against faulty data was to provide a way for users to flag an question they were not sure about.

This would allow them to make progress without getting stuck and help coordinate communication.
